The sixteen men of Tain have got this poison well defined and crafted to suit the versatile palate. Cheers to their hard work!!
I just luv the taste and this is how it goes:
On the nose, its fruity, spicy, lemony and a bit of honey which just whiffs past.
The palate is in for some surprise with a spicy note all along with honey. You also get to note that this malt had been living in the oaken cask for quite some time.
The finish is long and gives you the after-taste of wood and cinnamon.
A great drink for the rainy weekday and I found potato chips and boiled corn with butter and salt going well. They actually paired pretty well!!
