Can we stop saying 60 is the new 40, 50 is the new 30, and all that crap? Time to accept our age and respect the way the body is behaving and aging!!!
From 40 the body starts undergoing a lot of changes, at 50 even more, 60 onwards the body is starting to slow down, and in the present scenario, 70 plus is a bonus!!!
Unfortunately being fit is not about those curves, six-packs, and all that crap. Stop overdoing things!!! Anything in moderation is acceptable, the body will accept it and respect you!
Forty onwards, regular simple exercise (or walking) for about 30 mins a day, normal eating, good sleep for 6 hours at least, no need of detoxification, and all hi funda crap or keto diets. Eat what you normally eat at home, say no to steroids, or performance enhancement drugs if your gym personal trainer suggested.
Stay healthy and normal, your six-packs time is over, just accept it!!!
